DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY GUARANTEED 3-5 WORKING DAYS OR YOUR DELIVERY IS FREE (Only for Regular Catalogues) The guarantee applies only to U.K. mainland parcels. For international and non-mainland parcels, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. The first attempted delivery is considered the guaranteed delivery. If items are out of stock, you will be informed by phone or email. We utilize a reliable delivery service with complete tracking information available. A signature will be required upon delivery. We will only deliver to the address where the payment card is registered. If you wish to have your parcel sent to a different address, you can pay by cheque, postal order, or bank transfer. Once the funds are cleared, we will dispatch your order. Orders paid using any of these methods will not be guaranteed delivery within 3 working days, but will be guaranteed delivered within 3 working days from when the funds are cleared. We require 5 working days for funds to clear in these situations

RETURNS POLICY (Valid for Mail Orders)

Customers have the right to cancel within 7 working days starting from the day after the goods are delivered. If an item is not suitable, please ensure the goods are returned unworn and unwashed for a refund within 7 days of receipt. For an exchange, items should be returned within 28 days of receipt, unworn and unwashed. Jewelry items can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that the jewelry item is returned unworn for a refund within 7 days of receipt. For an exchange, the jewelry item should be returned within 28 days of receipt, unworn. Refunds will be issued by cheque or card within 28 working days.

Refunds

Returns will be handled within 7 days of receiving your package. The refund will be credited to your same account or card through original payment is processsed as per your request. If the order had free shipping, postage will not be subtracted.
