PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay by using any of the following credit or debit cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, SOLO, VISA ELECTRON AND DELTA.
Cheques should be made payable to Suits Me. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared which can take up to five working days of banking. If ordering online and paying by cheque, please ensure that you send your cheque ASAP before the order has to be cancelled, and a valid order no is stated on the back of the cheque.
All orders will be charged in pounds, price shows in €euro are only approximate and can vary. please contact to your bank for current rates
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, but please allow 4-5 working days for delivery (UK ONLY). If items are out of stock, you shall be notified by phone or e-mail. We use a reliable delivery service with full tracking details available. A signature will be required on delivery. We will only deliver to the address where the card used for payment is registered.
COST UK: All orders will incur a £4.95 with in UK surcharge to allow for the cost of delivery. This is the same no matter how large the order is.
Note: If you do not receive the order with in 4 days please inform us.
Cost Europe: All orders will incur a €10.00 with in Europe surcharge to allow for the cost of delivery up to 10KG if order is more than 10KG P&P Price will vary.
Note: If you do not receive the order with in 6 - 8 days please inform us.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment we advise you to order as soon as possible. At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we try to contact customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from customer, Suits Me reserve the right to cancel out of stock items and send rest of the order.
RETURNS POLICY (Valid for Mail Orders)
Customers have cancellation rights of 7 working days starting from day after the goods are delivered. If an item is unsuitable, Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn/unwashed for a refund within 7 days of receipt. For an exchange goods should be returned within 28 days of receipts, unworn/unwashed. Jewellery items can be returned for an exchange/refund. Please ensure the jewellery item have been returned unworn for a refund within 7 days of receipt. For an exchange jewellery item should be returned within 28 days of receipts, unworn. If order in payable by Cheque, then refund will be made by Cheque within 28 days.

RETURNS POLICY (Valid for Shops)
If you change your mind about purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt, or adequate proof of purchase within 7 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. For hygiene reasons we will not accept the returns of pierced jewellery. This does not affect your legal rights, including your claim to a refund, replacement, repair, where goods are faulty or mis-described.

FREE RETURNS (UK ONLY):
Suits me are offering free returns on all orders. You will receive a return label with your order which you must use if you want to return any items. Place the label on the return parcel and return in any royal mail post office. Once you have done this then please contact us to advise us of the tracking number. This does not change our normal terms and conditions. The order is counted as returned when it reaches our warehouse. This offer can be cancelled by suits me without prior notice.
